The Contra Costa Clerk-Recorder is a local government office that holds and provides access to legal records. This includes birth, death, and marriage certificates.
The purpose of this design is to inform the citizens of Contra Costa County about the services the Clerk-Recorder offers. The graphic has been posted on the Clerk-Recorder’s official social media accounts and was printed out as a distributable flyer in their outreach program.
